What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), enquiry and deal history, service records, documents you upload, and usage signals (pages viewed, searches) used to improve recommendations. Marketing attribution tags (UTM) on links you click.
Why we collect it
To verify properties and parties, run your deals and service tickets, contact you about your enquiries (including the phone call-back you request), and — with your consent — send you updates by email or WhatsApp.
How documents are protected
Legal documents live in an access-controlled vault: time-boxed grants, watermarked in-browser viewing only, no public downloads, and a tamper-evident audit log of every access.
Consent ledger
Every consent you give (contact, marketing) is recorded append-only with time and channel. Withdrawing consent is recorded the same way — history is never rewritten.
Sharing
We share your details only with the professionals fulfilling your service (advocate, CA, field officer), payment providers for transactions you initiate, and authorities where the law requires. We never sell personal data.
Your rights (DPDP)
Signed-in users can download all their data or request account erasure from the Your data page. Erasure requests are honoured except where records must be retained by law (e.g., completed transactions).
