Terms of Service

1. What Zemindo is

Zemindo is a verified-property marketplace and services platform for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We run predefined verification checks on every property before it is listed, and we sell property-related services (legal, inspection, registration assistance, property management) fulfilled by qualified professionals.

2. Verification, not guarantee

Every listing goes through our published verification process with proofs on file. Verification reduces risk; it is not a guarantee of outcome. You are always free — and encouraged — to independently re-verify any document or record we relied on. We never restrict your own due diligence.

3. Our protection promise

Where a transaction is completed through Zemindo, we take responsibility for that payment and handle it the legal way. Where a transaction is not done through us, we are not the holder of those funds — but we still represent you and pursue the matter legally using the verified records and paper trail we hold. Zemindo does not pay losses out of its own pocket; we fight to recover them for you.

4. Token amounts

A token amount paid through Zemindo reserves a property, is held by Zemindo (not released to the seller until you agree to proceed), is refundable per the deal outcome published on your deal page, and is deducted from the final price on completion.

5. Documents

Property documents are released through our secure vault to verified, authorised users only. You may view them for your purchase decision; you may not redistribute, scrape, or misuse them. Every access is logged.

6. Your account

Keep your credentials safe and your contact details (especially phone) accurate — our process depends on being able to reach you. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, post false information, or attempt to circumvent verification.

7. Services

Purchased services run as tracked tickets with defined steps, responsible roles, SLAs and proof uploads. Term-based services expire on their stated end date; renewal is explicit, never automatic without your action.

8. Liability & disputes

To the extent permitted by law, Zemindo's liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
